Art borders around columns/tables

Okay, I have a problem that is driving me NUTS and I hope I can describe it properly so maybe someone can help me out. I am using Word 2002 and having trouble with the art border feature. I created a program for a graduation a few months ago which used one of the art borders and was able to get a seperate border around each of two columns on each page. I created an announcement and a program to match and the announcements have been sent out and now my boss wants the program but I can not find the disk I saved it on. I -need- them to match but I can only get the art border around the page, not around seperate columns, tables or cells. I know how to put borders around these items, but it won't let me put the art border I need around them. I hope this makes sense and someone can help me out. Thanks in advance for any help available.

Border Art is available only for page borders. If you got it around separate
"columns" on a page, you did it in one of two ways:

1. You used Publisher, which permits Border Art around all text boxes.

2. You used the "2 pages per sheet" option in Page Setup (not in Print),
which allows you to put a page border around each logical page (of which
there are two on each sheet).
