When I click on link in I.E. to open an Access database, multiple sessions of
database opens. I found article #208797 but need clarification on how to
change link. The web is written in Frontpage 2003 and the the link code is:

href="file:///G:/First%20Folder/Second%20Folder/Directory/DatabaseName.mdb">Data<br>
Base<br>
Name
(the folder, directory and db names have been changed to protect the innocent)
How do I change to the link from a file reference to a URL as described in
