Asian characters in dialog box

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I have all of a sudden started getting Asian character sets in the dialogue box that pops up when I try to close a spreadsheet.

Solved it. It was because I had moved the Excel application icon out of the Microsoft Office 2008 folder in my Applications Folder.
