ASP.NET Machine A...

Dear sirs
I have a Dell E310 W/ XP Home. In my user account I have myself & another
user ASP.NET Machine A...limited account password protected. This user was
not
on my comp. when I got it. I don't know where this user came from. When I
turn my computer off I get a box : "Other People Are Logged On
to This Comp. If you shut down now they may lose there information."
Why are these people logged on to my computer what do they want.
I read somewhere that there is a down load to get rid of this. What can I
do.
