ASP Pages hank OOTLOOK

Any time I get a link to an ASP Page url in OUTLOOK and click on it
the page never comes up. Outlook is hung and I must end the task. IT
works fine if I go to get my mail on the web and it is being displayed
in IE^. I click on the asp link and no problems.

I am running office 2000. WHAT GIVES HERE?

Outlook isn't really a web browser, even though it shares some of the DLLs
IE uses. View web pages in a web browser.
