I upgraded from ME to 2000 Professional. Next I installed Access 2003. (1)
I cannot get Input Mask Wizard to install. (2) I cannot get Add-In Manager
to install. (3) I was prohibited from re-insinstalling Access 2003.
Error message states:
" Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you
are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not
correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance." What
do I do?
