I have an asset database of all the PC's for the organization including
serial numbers.
I wonder if I could somehow integrate this with my Exchange server/ outlook
record of trouble tickets.
The best that I hope for is to look up a machine and see all of the tickets
that are entered in the exchange server that match the serial number. I know
I could probably import the data and manipulate it, but what I truly hope for
is to interface the two whenever the thought occurs.
Is this possible?
