Assign Junk status to more than one message

Is there a way to highlight more than one Inbox message and block it with
'Add to Blocked Sender List' in Outlook 2003?

The junk mail filter works much better in Outlook 2003, but still, given the
incredible amount of spam, many junk messages still get through.

It's really a nuisance to have to do it one at a time.

In programs such as iHateSpam, this can be done. However, iHateSpam seems
to make my Outlook hang. Once I removed it, Outlook works fine.
