Assign Macro to button

Is there a way to do this? Can I assign a macro to a
custom toolbar button in Outlook? If not, what are my
options? Any help is greatly appeciated.

View | Toolbars | Customize -- you can drag from the Macros list on the Commands tab to any toolbar.
