Assign macro to custom button

How do a assign a macro to a custom button in Professional
Office XP? How do I change picture on custom button?

Go to Tools>Customize. Then right-click the required button, and you will
see a context menu. There are a number of options to change the picture, and
an option at the foot of the menu to assign a macro.
