The PM was the one who republished the assignments. I will make sure that 'Entire Project' is checked, I know its the default. Does it matter if the other two settings are checked "Notify all affected resources via email" and Overwrite Actual Work Entered by resources"? I didn't think these other settings were related. Thanks for your help.

The new project manager must open and republish the assignments in th
project, using Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments, and the
checking the "Become the manager for these assignments" option. You canno
do this for them. Are you certain the new project managers did this fo
every project

Using the reference found at project server experts.com, I followed al
the steps on assigning projects to a new PM. The funny thing is 1/3 of th
task updates routed correctly to the new PM, the other 2/3 were routed t
me. Does anyone know why some tasks routed correctly and some don't? Thi
is driving me nuts so any help you can give would be greatly appreciated
