I am new to using Outlook. What I would like to do is enter a task
once, such as "2003 Form 1040", and assign many different contacts to
the task. Then when I finish the 2003 Form 1040 for a particular
contact, I would like to check it off as complete without affecting
the status of the task for the other contacts assigned to it. Is this
possible, or do I have to create a task called "2003 Form 1040" a
separate time for each contact? If so, is there a more efficient way
to do this in Outlook.
(I hope this was clear).
Thanks!
