Assign team leader to resource

Hi,

For my project there are three team leaders. Each resource has
one team leader. I want each team leader to be able to filter the
project plan on the resources they are responsible for.

Now in Resource view there is TEXT1 to TEXT10 for each resource
record. However, this is different from the TEXT1 to TEXT10 in the
Task table. So if I put the team leader's initials in the TEXT1 field
for a resource, this is not visible if I add the TEXT1 field to the
Gantt view.

Is there any field in the Resource view AND the Gantt Task view I
can use to contain Team Leader's initials for each resource?
