Is there a way to assign a task to a distro in outlook where only the first
person to click accept Can accept the task? Currently, we have issues where
a request for someone to take ownership is sent out via e-mail. The first
person to respond to the e-mail is voluntarily taking ownership of the issue.
I am trying to streamline this process to be able to better keep up to date
with which ones are resolved. When i try to go the route of assigning a task
to the whole distro list, anybody can accept the task without others being
able to see it, and it only responds back to the person that sent it off once
it is completed. Is there a way to accomplish what i am trying to do? These
tasks would be created by anyone, as well. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
