We are going to be using project 2003 for hotel
construction. When setting this up we have
Chief Steward, Evening Manager, Purchasing manager and so
on as well as approx 10 user's set up with Windows
authentication.
How do we set up 2-3 people in evening manager w/separate
emails address's and assign tasks? We tried merging the
IT person with VP IT and lost the VP IT field but kept
the IT persons name. Everything assigned to him/VP IT
then went to his email address. How would we set this up
for multiple evening managers when you want to assign 2
or 3 different tasks?
