"Assignment actual cost" not appearing in MSP_TIMEPHASED_DATA

Hi,
I am working on MS Project timephased data via an Access database.
Everything works fine with data for

1 Assignment remaining work
2 Assignment actual work
3 Assignment actual overtime work
4 Assignment baseline work
5 Assignment baseline cost

BUT - I want to use "Assignment actual cost" (CONV_VALUE = 6) and the data
is just not coming across into the MSP_TIMEPHASED_DATA table.

I know the Actual Cost information is present in Project 2003 because I can
see it in the Resource Usage view. I know the Actual Cost information is NOT
present in MSP_TIMEPHASED_DATA because there is no row in the table with
TD_FIELD_ID = 6.

Is this a known problem?

I'd be very grateful for any help.

An update:

When I enter the Actual Cost information manually into Project 2003, it
comes across into the MSP_TIMEPHASED_DATA fine. It's the automatically
created data which will not transfer.

For example: If the calculated Actual Cost = £400.00, it doesn't not get
written to MSP_TIMEPHASED_DATA. If I change the value to £401.00, it gets
written to the table.
