Assignment View problem with Lead Name

I created an Assignment View with some very basic information in it,
including Lead Name. When I access the View (Resources/View Resource
Assignments) the View is available. As soon as I load a resource and hit
apply, the View disappears and returns me to the home page.

Any ideas? I have recreated the problem in Production and Test environments
which are on separate servers. SP1 is applied.

What version of MDAC do you have on the machine accessing the view? If it's
not 2.8, try installing it.

We have MDAC 2.8 RTM.

What version of MDAC do you have on the machine accessing the view? If it's
not 2.8, try installing it.

Are you always accessing the view from the same account or same machine? Can
you eliminate that this is a machine-specific behavior? If so, can you
access the view when you logon with the built-in administrator account?
