AssignmentsSave method doesn't work with assignments who have tracking mode equal to zero

I don't know how, but sometimes Microsoft Project creates assignments
who have current tracking mode = 0, though the only available values
for these field are 1,2,3 as I thought before. The problem is I am
unable to update such assignments using PDS method - AssignmentsSave.
While executing it PDS reports no errors, but Project Manager doesn't
get any updates.

Does anybody know fixes for this?
