Assinging User roles on the fly in .mde file

Hi freinds,
I have a mde file that has linked tables from Sybase and Oracle.
I want to know if i can have one super user ID to Sybase tables.
This one super ID would then assing six roles to six different users on
the fly as they enter the log in information into the mde file. It will
have to be done on fly.

Please let me know if someone has any idea about this
