Assistance with Creating Complex Filters - Who Does What When this Week

I'm trying to customize the standard Who Does What When report by
having it just show tasks for a current week. The logic for this is a
little complicated and I'm having trouble getting it into a custom
filter.
Any suggestions?

The desired report would be one that can be distributed to resources
to show them what they have to do for a week.

Look at how the Date Range filter is built. You should be able to add
the entries from this filter into the filter used by the who does what
when filter. Then you would need to enter the date range when running
the report.
