Assistance With Database

Hi

I would like to create a "Quiz" database. In this database, the user must
be able to create "quiz questions", and also provide possible
"multiple-choice" answers. Then once the user has created the quiz, the
quiz needs to then somehow "play" and then thereafter provide the results of
the amount of questions correct and incorrect.

is this possible? Would I create a table for Questions and answers?

Please could someone assist me
