Associating Filters to Views

Is there a way to save a default filter association with a view?

I have created custom views and tables based on milestones and cetain custom
field characteristics, so I want to be able to load my custom "Key
Milestones" view and have it only pull up milestone tasks that have my custom
field set to "Key". I have the filter working fine, but it always defaults
back to "All Tasks" whenever I reload the view.

Hello CharlesM,

Go to View > More Views and select your custom view in the list.
Click the Edit button and in the Edit View dialog box you can apply
the custom filter.
