Assumed Decimal Places

How can I get the cell formatted to accept an assumed 2
place decimal input?

I have a bunch of numbers to input and all are money
related and I don't want to have to input the decimal point.

Tools/Options/Edit Check the Fixed decimal places and enter 2 in the
textbox.
