1) If you are trying to add interactive buttons in Shared borders or include pages you can't (w/o a lot of manual fixing)
- Look at Dynamic Web Templates instead of shared borders and include pages
2) When inserting just images, Always first use File Import to import your images into the FP web before you use them in pages (that
way you will not get the Save Embedded files dialog) and you links will not be broken
3) When you use interactive buttons and save the page FP will ask to Save Embedded files (the new button images)
- you must save them in your web, but you can rename them or change folder locations (or just let FP save them w/ the default names
and locations
If you are trying to create custom interactive buttons using your images you need to do it outside of FP using the steps at

| Designing my website is going to give me a nervous breakdown. I'm so fed up with having to go and edit the interactive buttons
and images on each page, only to have it published and the buttons and images are displayed as red x's. Sometimes the buttons that
appear are ones I never created. Every time I edit i unclick the overwrite button for the interactive button, then I insert a
picture for the images that were previously downloaded to a file on my desktop and imported by frontpage.
