ATLINE Function

Hello all

I have received a spreadsheet with an ATLINE function,
which Excel XP is just interpreting as a name, but does
anyone know what this formula should be?

From the net I get the following result which is nearly as confusing as your
problem!!
It appears to be a non XL comment.
