Attached file to a meeting

When having a meeting I offen attach files. The problem is people that is not
inveeded to the meeting can see the file. They open the shared
resorce-calender then they open the meeting. After that they can open the
file. How can I solve this. Have tried with mark private option.

You would need to send the attachment in a separate message to attendees or put it on a network drive that only attendees have access to and send a link to the file.

You could setup Sharepoint and use a "meeting workspace" for agenda, shared
documents, tasks, and meeting details. Works *very* nicely!
