Attached files in Outlook 2002

When I receive an mail with attached file like an exe file or a mdb
file, I can´t open the file, an error like this appear at the top of the
mail
"Outlook blocked the access potentially to the following
enclosed data insecure." Why? Thanks.

This is a security feature in Outlook. Best bet - ask the sender to zip the
file. A lot of admins are starting to block exe files as well as other
potentially dangerous file types. That said - see
