Hi!

First of all, sorry for my bad english:)

Recieved an email from a friend of mine, and he had attached a small
video-file to the mail. When i try to open or view this attachment, outlook
tells me this:
"OE has removed access to unsecure attachment in your email." (please note
that this "error-message" is translated from norwegian, so its probably not
the correct words)

This makes it impossible for me to view the attachment.

How can i get access to the attachment?

Outlook did not tell you that, because Outlook does not display that
message. Outlook and Outlook Express are two completely different
applications. Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup. Hint:
Tools>Options>Security.
