Attaching Documents

Have a user (Outlook 2003 SP3) who wants to change the location where Outlook
looks for attachments from the default My Documents to his network drive.
This would be for attachments to outgoing emails, not saving attachments
coming in via email. Short of a registry edit (which isn't going to happen)
is there another way?

That's the only way. Change the location of My DOcuments and Outlook will
look in the new My Documents.
