attaching email as shortcut

When you have the task open, go to "insert" then click
on "item". It should bring up your mailbox so that you
can insert an e-mail.

That's not quite the same as attaching a shortcut to the original item,
though -- now you have two copies of the same thing. Might not make much of
a difference if you only do it once in a while, but if you do it a lot,
you're using up valuable space.
