I used to be able to attach an email to an appointment and the
"attached" icon would appear. Now when I do it, all I get is { embed
outlook.msgattach }., and it is not functional.
To troubleshoot I have:
deleted the normal.dotm and the email template, no help
created a new Outlook Profile, no help
did a detect and repair, no help
uninstalled/reinstalled, no help
Has anyone else seen this issue? I have tried to recreate this on a
different machine, to no avail.
