Attaching JPG files

Hi,

I have a problem with Outlook 2003 and attaching JPG files.

Every now and then Outlook will crash (outlook has encountered... ) when I
try to attach JPG files. I have copied these files to another PC and the
problem is not replicated.

The event log seems to point to the NTDLL.DLL file, which I have replaced
but to no avail.

I have also run a repair on Outlook and downloaded all the latest updates,
but still the problem exists.

I will stress that you can sometimes attach JPG files with no problem,
however the majority will cause Outlook to crash.

I have also noticed that Adobe Photoshop will crash when loading certain JPG
files (on the same PC) and the event log also points to NTDLL.DLL.

Other picture formats are OK...

Anyone have any ideas ?
