Attaching keyboard shortcuts to commands

In Excel 98, I used k to cut a row or column, d to delete. These keyboard
commands aren¹t available in Excel for OS X. Any way to put them in?

With Excel:2001 the shortcuts have changed, mainly for Windows/Mac
compatibility reasons. Most of them can be performed with the Control key
instead of the Apple key: Control-D and Control-K should work...
