Attachment as a field, not inside e-mail message

How can I make my attachments appear as a field just like:
To:
Cc:
Subject:
and not inside the message?

If I understand your question correctly, you can use either plain text or
HTML as your mail format instead of Rich Text. Rich Text is the only format
that allows attachment icons to appear within the message body.
