Attachment-cannot save URL to a file..

I have a user who receives an attachment and double clicks on it.
The window for Save to disk/Open appears.
She clicks Save and selects the folder to save it to on her drive.
When she clicks Save, the error message appears "Cannot save URL to file...

If she Right clicks the attachment and chooses "Save As" it will save just
fine.

This happens with All attachments regardless of type and none are URL's.

Outlook 2000 SP3

Any ideas?
