Running Outlook 2002 SP3, I have had a consistent problem with the dialog
that prompts one about opening attachments. I have a several file types
where I would trust myself to know when to open the attachment (Word) and
others I would trust fully (like PDF). I uncheck the "Always ask..."
checkbox I get with these dialogs, but they keep coming back. Of note is
that my WinXP Pro installation is one in which I the user am not
