I'm having a problem where on one PC, an attachment (of
type .csv) is opening the Windows System32 folder instead
of Excel. Only happens with this particular attachment
and not with other csv files received in e-mail. Opening
the same attachment from any other PC is successful. I'm
unable to find any information in the KB regarding this.
