If the attachment contains more than one page, I can see or print the first
page only. I use outlook 2003. Please help to solve this problem. Thanks.

What type of attachment? What happens if you save it to your hard drive
and open it from there? What type of mail server?

Outlook doesn't show attachments. If you open an attachment, a temp
file gets created into which the attachment gets decoded and then
whatever handler program for that filetype will open that file. So the
problem is with whatever handler program is used for the unidentified
filetype that are your attachments.

Two Types: TIF. and PDF.
It's working if I save it to the hard drive and open it with MDI. So at
least I can get whole pages for now; but how to set MDI as default program
when TIF attachment comes?
Mail server: POP
By the way, this problem just happened a several days ago for no reason.
Everything was perfect before.
Thank you very much!

Ok, what happens if you exit Outlook, and go to Start - Run - Outlook /safe

Do you see the same problem? Did you install any software in the past few
days? Do PDF files from the past show the same problem?

I don't know what MDI is to even know if it reads TIF files, but, just right
click the TIF file, go to the properties and you can control what application
is the default for it.

You are very helpful, thanks a lot. Yes, both TIF and PDF work very well now
after I followed up your instruction.
MDI: microsoft office document imaging.
Thanks again!
