Attachment problem

Has anyone seen this problem. I am running Outlook 2000
(SP3). When I send an email to someone who's not running
microsoft client (i.e. lotus notes) they don't get the
attachment. That is to say the size of the email
indicates that the attachment came with it but there is no
indication that there is an attachment, they can't get to
it. But if they forward the message back, the attachment
is there. I found that if I remove my email stationery
and an image that's part of my signature, everything works
fine. This problem just started recently. The problem
started, I belive, around the time we got a security patch
or software update. (not sure) For now, I've removed all
the images from my stationery and signature to fix the
problem. Just wondered if this was something anyone else
has experienced

It's either wrapped in a winmail.dat (use plain text format instead) or it;s
a problem with the mail server and content id. Try using plain text and see
if it fixes it... it;'s the easier fix. :)
