Outlook 2003 is not givng me the option to open or save an attachemnt, only
to save it before I can open it. I am not able to find a setting to change
this to allow me the option. Any help is appreciated.

The problem is with Excel and Word which shouldn't be level 2. Powerpoint and

Did someone change the level settings to force them to be saved?
