Attachment Size

Is there a limit to attachment size in Outlook 2003. My PC at home, and subsequently the one at work have both refused to send 8Mb Zip files recently. The office mail was to a member of the LAN and not over the internet so I doubt if it is an ISP problem.
If there is a limit, how can I change it?

Attachment size controlled by the mail server. Check at work with the
people who operate the mail server.
