Attachment Stripping Tool

Does anyone know of a attachment stripping tool for enterprise (site licenses).

I did some research and found a number listed under
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/housekeeping.htm plus some others. However
they are all for individual purchase.

Has anyone purchase an attachment removal/stripper tool for a company. Any
suggestions would be helpful.
