Attachments "all ghosted" can't open

I recently upgraded to Microsoft Office XP Professional. Everything works
great except, I can't open any attachements in Outlook Express. I see them,
but they're ghosted. I had this problem before upgrading, but only with
certain types of attachements, now it's everything.

Any advice or guidance on how to fix this?

1) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
2) Click Tools>Options>Security and read.
