Attachments and other Word Documents open in Picture Manager

Help!! When I open WORD document attachments, they open in Picture Manager.
Also, some of my WORD documents open in Picture Manager. Please help!!

So, change your Windows file association settings to open the files with the
proper application. This has nothing to do with Outlook. Outlook uses what
Windows tells it to use.
