Attachments for Mail merge Using Outlook 2003

I am trying to use MS Word to create my document and merge w/Outlook 2003 to
send to many recipients. Is there a way to attach files when using Word for
the merge aspect? I'd like to use the merge for the personalization and
privacy.

No, Office's Mail Merger doesn't allow you to merge with an attachment. You
can use the following addin for that;
