Attachments in a Discussion Group

I'm using FP2003 and I'm sure this has been discussed before however I have
not found any info on it.

I'd like to add a button in a REPLY that allows the user to upload an
attachment. When a user is browsing the posting, I would want them to see
that there is an attachment (paperclip or something). Clicking on it will
allow the user to download the file. Any ideas short of me manually
installing the file and editing the response?

Not possible when using the FP Discussion Web component.
