As others have already mentioned, this newsgroup is for Q&A pertaining to
the database software known as Microsoft Access. With that said, if you are
using Outlook Express, you likely have a corrupted Outbox.idx folder. A
simple fix is to delete this folder. You need to have Outlook Express closed
in order to do this. Search your hard drive for the file "Outbox.idx" and you
should be able to find it.
When you restart OE, this folder will automatically be created if one is not
already present. If you are using Outlook, then you cannot use this method. I
think there is a utility available from Microsoft for repairing personal
folders in Outlook. This link might be helpful to you:
