The issues and risks sections of PWA (2003) do not let me attach documents. I
mean actually upload documents, not just link to the Documents section. After
I browse to the file and hit OK, it goes back to the edit issue (or new
issue) page and then, when I hit Save & Close, it either keeps reloading that
page (without attaching anything) or it creates a duplicate issue with the
attachment. Anyone experience this probem before?
