Attachments not received by Eudora Users

I am running Win 98 SE and Outlook 2000. When I send an
attachment to a Eudora user, it gets renamed and can't be
opened. When I send the same attachement to another
Outlook user, it is fine.

what is it renamed to? winmail.dat? If so, use plain text format, not RTF.
