Attachments Removed By OE

When attachments (pictures) are sent to me by others that
I want to view I get a message that says: Attachment
removed by OE. How can I prevent this and view the
attachments.

Well covered in OE Help and asked/answered here probably a few thousand
times or more. Tools/Options Tab: Security.
